Eric Ng is Senior Counsel, Data and Regulatory at Pagaya Investments US. He regularly advises his company on issues related to consumer lending, data privacy, and bank-fintech partnerships. He also has various privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E and CIPM.

Prior to his role at Pagaya, he was Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Apple Bank for Savings in New York City, where he focused on consumer banking, consumer lending along with corporate insurance.

Prior to his role at Apple Bank, he was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. Eric attended Rutgers University School of Law and Cornell University.
