Felicity Lung
Felicity Lung began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office in 2000, starting in the Criminal Court Bureau and then advancing to the Grand Jury and Trial Bureaus. Felicity joined the Homicide Bureau upon its formation in late 2016, where she prosecuted vehicular, arson, and domestic violence homicides, as well as child fatalities, gang violence, and murder for hire. She was also part of the team that investigated one of the first actual innocence double homicides in the Bronx DA’s Office. After attaining the title of Homicide Counsel, Felicity brought her expertise to the Child Abuse/Sex Crimes Bureau beginning in November 2019.
Additionally, Felicity has served as faculty member in the Felony and Misdemeanor Trial Training Programs and as an instructor for the Federal Bureau of Investigations’ moot court forensic training, focused on preparing agents for certification as Digital Forensic Examiners. She has supervised Assistant District Attorneys on the felony beeper duty schedule. In the Child Abuse/Sex Crimes Bureau, she mentors junior assistants and supervises them on a monthly rotation.
Felicity earned her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
