Fanny Ning-Fabela is the AAPI Victim Specialist in the Witness Aid Services Unit of the New York County District Attorney’s Office. In her role at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, Fanny provides mental health counseling support to survivors of crimes throughout Manhattan, New York. Prior to taking on her current role, Fanny was a social worker in Bronx Supervised Release. Fanny completed her bachelor’s at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2017. She completed her master’s degree in the University of Texas at Arlington School of Social Work in 2021.
