Kwonsun Jung is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises domestic and international clients on M&A, private equity, and corporate governance matters. His practice has involved transactions in a variety of industries, including consumer products, gaming, manufacturing and technology.

After graduating from Emerson College with a B.S. degree in Political Communication, Kwonsun earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, specializing in International Legal Affairs. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and volunteering as an SEO student mentor.
