My T. Chang serves as Chief of Staff at AAFE. In that position, she works closely with AAFE Executive Director Thomas Yu to coordinate organizational strategy, operations, and collaboration among various AAFE departments. She most recently served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), overseeing financial modeling of lending activity to inform budgeting and forecasting and capital planning. My also worked at the California Housing Partnership as a housing finance consultant, where she advised dozens of developers on over 60 multifamily rental real estate projects, representing over 3,500 units of affordable housing. My holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the UCLA School of Law. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
