She also prosecuted a defendant who in 2018, assaulted three white men over the course of three days in three separate Brooklyn neighborhoods while commenting pejoratively about their race. Most recently, she indicted a defendant for an unprovoked hate crime in which the defendant punched a 67-year-old Asian woman multiple times in the face and later made numerous racist and Anti-Asian remarks to police.
In addition to her work as a prosecutor, Ms. Pulim was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP. Ms. Pulim earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2005.
