As hate crimes, including crimes against the AAPI community, continue across the country at an alarming rate, enhancing efforts to address them is important more now than ever. Learn from our highly experienced panel as they explore best practices for addressing hate crimes from a prosecution and policy approach, related challenges, and how the prosecution of and conversations about hate-crimes have evolved over the years. Panelists will also share their perspectives on prosecuting and addressing hate crimes as a minority and their path to pursuing justice for hate crime victims.
